Chavez Was Mocking Bush At The U.N.
(Sung to the tune of "Somebody's Knockin' by Terri Gibbs)

Inspired by Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, who excoriated Bush as "The Devil" in his speech at the United Nations, for aiding and abetting a right wing coup to overthrow him in Venezuela

Sorry, no MIDI music is available

(instrumental intro)

Chavez was mocking... Bush at the U.N.
Called him The Devil, a crook who's quite dim.
Bush really hates him, and so does his team.
The coups they tried didn't succeed.

Chavez was talkin' - he blistered G.B.
Disgrace is Shrub's face, in world history.
They're trouble-seekers, George Bush and his throng,
Who think they've done nothing wrong.

Bush wants to tap your telephone line,
To spy on how you're spendin your time... alone.
Wars Bush must have, by "heavenly right."
War fever's burnin,' "over there" we will fight, not home.

(instrumental interlude)

Chavez was mocking... Bush at the U.N.
Called him The Devil; a crook who's quite dim.
Bush really hates him, and so does his team.
The coups they tried didn't succeed.

Bush wants to tap your telephone line,
To spy on how you're spendin' your time... alone.
Wars Bush must have, by "heavenly right."
War fever's burnin,' "over there" we will fight, not home.

Shrub he was mocking...
Shrub he was mocking...
Shrub he was mocking...
Shrub he was mocking...

(repeat last line and fade)
