Folly Foley
(Sung to the tune of "Holly Holy" by Neil Diamond)

Satire inspired by Republican Congressman Mark Foley (R-FL), who resigned in disgrace over a sex scandal involving sexually explicit e-mails and Instant Messaging (IM) with congressional pages, and a 10 month long cover-up by many of the House Republican leadership. Ironically, Foley was the chairman of the House caucus on missing and exploited children and has long crusaded for tough laws against those who use the Internet for sexual exploitation of children.

(instrumental intro)

Folly Foley lies.
He's a horny dude.
He has scrammed, for his scam.
His world has caved in.
Folly Foley.

Folly Foley's creamed.
Taunting him are boos.
Called him scum.
Dropped his run, 'cause he can't win, still.
Folly Foley.

(Sting!) Sting his wrong.
(Sting!) Sting his wrong for long.
(Sling!) Sling him out.
(Sting!) Sting his throng.
Scared!
Scared!
All was spun, Foley's dead in the sights,
And he's done, when the law strings him high.
Cover plan, those who squawked, uptight
'Cause their main man is gonna fry
Gonna fry...
Gonna fry...

Folly; Foley's flub:
Pages, lust ran wild.
And his seed
That was spilled, now is his sorrow.
Folly Foley.

Folly Foley's creamed.
Taunting him are boos.
Called him scum.
Dropped his run, 'cause he can't win, still.
Folly Foley.

(Sting!) Sting his wrong.
(Sting!) Sting his wrong for long.
(Sling!) Sling him out.
(Sting!) Sting his throng.
Scared!
Scared!
All was spun, Foley's dead in the sights,
And he's done, when the law strings him high.
Cover plan, those who squawked, uptight
'Cause their main man is gonna fry
Gonna fry...
Gonna fry...

Folly Foley screams,
'Cause he knows he's screwed.
Folly Foley's flub...
Folly Foley's flub...

If I Were A Dictator
(Sung to the tune of "If I Were A Carpenter" by Johnny Cash)

Click HERE for MIDI music

As sung by Emperor Dubya Bush:

If I were a dictator,
I'd lean on Dick Cheney.
We'd grab power in any way.
Don't need to be brainy.

I could torture and enslave,
And no one would mind me.
From terrorists plots, I'll save
You, if you'll follow blindly.

Making war through phoniness
Making war tomorrow
War rescues me from crony's mess.
I'll just spend and borrow.

Bombed Afghanistan, but good.
World doesn't love me.
Then I bombed Iraq, 'cause I could.
There's no one above me.

If I were a killer,
I could kill, by blinding...
People who get their news from Fox;
Shield truth from them finding.

If I were a dictator,
I'd lean on Dick Cheney.
We'd grab power in any way.
Don't need to be brainy.
We'd grab power in any way.
Don't need to be brainy.

Chavez Was Mocking Bush At The U.N.
(Sung to the tune of "Somebody's Knockin' by Terri Gibbs)

Inspired by Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, who excoriated Bush as "The Devil" in his speech at the United Nations, for aiding and abetting a right wing coup to overthrow him in Venezuela

Sorry, no MIDI music is available

(instrumental intro)

Chavez was mocking... Bush at the U.N.
Called him The Devil, a crook who's quite dim.
Bush really hates him, and so does his team.
The coups they tried didn't succeed.

Chavez was talkin' - he blistered G.B.
Disgrace is Shrub's face, in world history.
They're trouble-seekers, George Bush and his throng,
Who think they've done nothing wrong.

Bush wants to tap your telephone line,
To spy on how you're spendin your time... alone.
Wars Bush must have, by "heavenly right."
War fever's burnin,' "over there" we will fight, not home.

(instrumental interlude)

Let's Forget The Constitution
(Sung to the tune of "I Can't Get No Satisfaction" by The Rolling Stones)

Click HERE for MIDI music

As sung by Emperor Dubya Bush

(instrumental intro)

Let's forget the... Constitution.
Let's forget the... Constitution.
'Cause I'll spy, then deny, and then lie, about why...
Let's forget the (guitar riff)...
Let's forget the (guitar riff)...

I grabbed powers; I want more!
Though the Supreme Court says they oppose
Holding prisoners of war.
Torture brings useful information
That I can use just to scare the nation.
Let's forget the... oh, no, no... no!
That's my way! You must obey!

Let's forget the... Constitution.
Let's forget the... Constitution.
'Cause I'll spy, then deny, and then lie, about why
Let's forget the (guitar riff)...
Let's forget the (guitar riff)...

Through my spy program, I'll see
Evil plans that you won't tell me.
How right brownshirts can be!
We can torture a man, we can make him choke,
If he's deemed a "threat" to me.
Let's forget the... oh, no, no... no!
That's my way! You must obey!

Let's forget the... Constitution.
Let's forget the... Constitution.
'Cause I'll spy, then deny, and then lie, about why
Let's forget the (guitar riff)...
Let's forget the (guitar riff)...

Torture prisons 'round the world:
Pris'ners go from "this," and they're sent to "that."
Let my spyin' program unfurl,
To tell me terrorists will attack; make us look weak,
So don't prattle on; don't dare to speak!
Let's forget the... oh, no, no... no!
That's my way! You must obey!

Let's forget the... let's forget the...
Let's forget the... Constitution.
No Constitution!
No Constitution!
No Constitution!

Dumb Fellow's Terror Charade
(Sung to the tune of "Longfellow Serenade" by Neil Diamond)

(instrumental intro)

Click HERE for MIDI music

Dumb Fellow's terror charade;
War-making plans Bush laid.
His cronies are shady, and Rove is a schemer,
They'd keep us all afraid...

And Bush said he was born to bring right wing bliss.
Where he goes, crowds boo and hiss!
Bush loves his cronies;
Super-rich cronies.

Snide... that's Bush Baby, snide.
Making right wing dreams... come... true.
He is dead wrong;
Won't admit he's wrong;
Making right wing dreams... come... true.

Bush weaves a web of crime,
Taking away our rights.
He does this all the time,
Through his "terra fight."

He's dumb, can only say
About the folks he slayed,
"War I'll bring to you!"
This dumb fellow's war charade.

(brief instrumental break)

Dumb Fellow's terror charade.
War-making plans Bush made.
His cronies are shady, and Rove is a schemer;
They'd keep us all afraid

And we must say, we loathe Bush as none before;
Loathed lying words for war.
Enriched his cronies;
Super-rich cronies.

Snide... that's Bush Baby, snide.
Making right wing dreams... come... true.
He is dead wrong;
Won't admit he's wrong;
Making right wing dreams... come... true.

Moron, Moron
(Sung to the tune of "Woman, Woman" by Gary Puckett & The Union Gap)

Click HERE for MIDI music

(instrumental intro)

Moron... Bush is a mor-or-or-on...
Problems are eating up his mi-i-i-ind (his so-called mind)

This song's about the POTUS*
What his spin team cannot hide:
They are so afraid to let Bush speak a line.
And lately, we've seen W,
Whose brain must now be fri-i-ied.

Moron... Bush is a mor-or-or-on...
Problems are eating up his mi-i-i-ind (his so-called mind)

The whole world hates that W.
What we think, he don't care.
Lied for wars, disgraced;
Won't change, he's made up his mind.
Iraq, Afghanistan attacked,
He's on a killing spree-ee.

Moron... Bush is a mor-or-or-on...
Problems are eating up his mi-i-i-ind (his so-called mind)

(instrumental break)

This moron cares for privileged crooks,
Made thievery so smooth.
He caught hell for scandals leaked; we won't stay blind.
The Bush regime's betrayed us, they're all crooks with W.

Moron... Bush is a mor-or-or-on...
Problems are eating up his mi-i-i-ind (his so-called mind)
Moron... Bush is a mor-or-or-on...
Problems are eating up his mi-i-i-ind (his so-called mind)
Moron... Bush is a mor-or-or-on...
Problems are eating up his mi-i-i-ind (his so-called mind)
